You may remember that we were lucky to see Disney’s new film Tangled a couple of weeks ago. We had a fab time and I really recommend you go and see it when it comes out 28th January 2011. Whilst there we met Annabel Karmel, the UK’s number one parenting author and the fourth best selling cookery writer. Annabel teamed up with Disney last year to bring out a range of healthier childrens snacks using the characters Micky Mouse and Winnie the Pooh. Some of the range includes rice and corn snacks, oat and raspberry chewy bars, a particular favourite of my daughter’s, biscottis, fruit crisps, and flavoured raisins. I was lucky to meet Annabel last year at the launch of her book Top 100 Pasta Dishes where I had a wonderful time testing out recipes from the book. We love pasta here and the book has been invaluable for new ideas.
