…because we get to do the most fab things!
The girls and I were very excited to be invited to Littlewoods Christmas Event for Bloggers last week. All a little apprehensive at first we were delighted to be greeted by friendly helpful people, a few familiar faces, stacks of cakes…from my favourite cake shop no less and rails and rails of clothes to play dressing up with.
Plus…a huge huge plus, we also got our hair and make up done just like professional models…ahem, shame about my lack of modelling skills (I was very embarrassed trying pose with 15 people looking on) but the girls look absolutely gorgeous in the photos.
Trying to pick something to wear when faced with soooo many possibilities proved quite difficult I even tried on a jumpsuit but alas it was not for me. Eventually I went for a gorgeous gold sequin dress, a fur coat (which I got to keep) and the highest shoes ever!
I loved the blue sparkly dress and boots that ‘C’ wore, the dress is already ear marked for her 13th birthday party next month and ‘I’ went for a lovely grey coat. ‘M’ was rather more interested in the toys but did make a brief appearance for a photo whilst also falling asleep and wore a gorgeous Christmassy cardigan.
So thank you to the lovely PR people and Littlewoods for making this such a lovely experience to share with the children and giving us a huge momento of the day, it is very rare to get a photo of me with the children. Also I was so pleasantly surprised with the clothes that I came home and signed up for a Littlewoods account straightaway because I want more of these lovely clothes! 😀

Thank you, it is very snug and warm…I’m waiting for the weather to get colder so I have an excuse to wear it. 🙂
