How do you define ‘Motherhood’ in one photo? That’s the task that Tara has set for this week’s gallery prompt over at Sticky Fingers…..arghhh I have five children…it’s very rare to capture them altogether, me in a photo with them? That’s even rarer as it’s usually me behind the camera. I am stumped this week so I have had to cheat and present my motherhood which involves giving birth to five babies and watching their interaction with each other which has got to be one of the best parts of parenting….ones that take your breath away…..ones that make you realise that even if it’s been a hard day it is all worth it. I owe my children so much…..I love them so much, without them I don’t know how I would have got through the last couple of years…..that is motherhood- to me.

Ah they’re lovely photos. You’re lucky to have some lovely photos of you taken with babes straight after their births (I know you don’t think they’re lovely but they are). The first time with me the camera failed and the second time, after I’d gone on and on and on about it, it had enough battery for about one photo.
