We’ve all been suffering from colds this week and there is no better way than to get a vitamin C boost in the guise of a fresh fruit smoothie.

Blitz until smooth in a food processor :

  • The juice of four oranges
  • Small piece of finely grated fresh ginger or a pinch of ground ginger, to taste
  • One banana
  • Two generous tablespoons of honey
  • 200ml probiotic natural yogurt

That’s it!!

Enjoy. :0)

  1. Hi, thanks for sharing this recipe! I was just wondering is there anything that can replace ginger?
