Aren’t egg hunts great?! We always join up with the family next door – they have six kids, (one is a babe in arms) – so eight of them always have a blast. Here in the States we have little hollow plastic eggs that can be filled with candy, trinkets or even money. Each child is allowed to collect 12 and no more, the older kids have to leave the obvious eggs to the littler ones and look for the ones that have been well hidden. No temper tantrums – yet……

That sounds like great fun and I love the idea of filling plastic eggs. I think I saw some of those here this year but we stuck to wrapped chocolate eggs.

Unfortunately they believe……I cannot get out of it now! ;0) One had a huge tantrum, if you look closely at the pictures you’ll see….. :0(
We were very lucky with the weather….don’t know what would have happened if it had been raining. xx

Ah what a beautiful sunny day you had! I particularly like that last picture. Is that a victory leap your older one is doing?
