We love clothes in this house but it can get pretty expensive with six of us so I am all for saving a few pennies on essentials, and special occasion clothes alike. I have learned over the years that children grow out of clothes very quickly, so
quickly that they are usually in perfectly good condition when they are finished. With older children fashion changes so quickly it really isn’t worth paying too much for them. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Morrisons have introduced a range of clothes in store.
The Nutmeg at Morrisons collection comprises of essentials for all the family including nightwear and underwear, and also special occasion wear with for example, festive jumpers and Halloween outfits. They also have a range of jewellery, all at very competitive prices.
These are my favourite pieces from the Autumn/Winter and Christmas collections for 2014.

The clothes are very soft and the childrens clothing is tickle proof ; free from rough itchy back neck labels. Yay, I hear many parents shout, there is nothing worse than a child going frantic because the label in their clothes is bothering them! To
make life easier when dressing babies, all tops come with side or front fastenings rather than back ones.
The Nutmeg at Morrisons prices are also very easy on the purse with t-shirts starting at just £2. There are some gorgeous Christmas jumpers for the whole family but ones for babies, including matching socks are just £7. How about a Onesie for adults, they cost from £15. There are some really pretty PJ’s for women, I have some sweet patterned socks which are so soft and I have had to fight the girls for these lovely butterfly earring and matching necklace, just £5.

Low prices doesn’t mean a compromise on quality, the Nutmeg at Morrisons clothes wash up really well, I have to admit to being very impressed and everyone has been surprised when they hear where the clothes are from so I would definitely recommend you take a visit to your local stockist. Unfortunately you cannot buy online yet but hopefully there will be a Morrisons store near you stocking Nutmeg clothing.

Disclosure: We have been sent Nutmeg at Morrisons clothes to review but all opinions are my own.
Please can I get a Christmas Robin. Jumper for 5 to 6 year old before Tuesday this week
I’m not sure, perhaps you should ask Morrisons…sorry I can’t help.
Lovely post Nova, your son looks soooo much like you doesn’t he! I have been a complete numpty and have managed to delete my photos from the day. It was lovely to see you there though x
Awww thank you, do you think so? Daughter number two looks like me but you can’t really see from those photos. And, oh no what a shame!! X
They look lovely!
Lovely lot of choice. 🙂
They look lovely and the lack of labels would be very much appreciated in this house x
So many lovely bits to choose from, luckily mine have never had a problem with labels but I know lots of children that do…and then you still end up with a stub if you cut it out so this is a great idea x
