Yogurt salad dressing

As I wrote earlier this week I use yogurt a lot and here is just another way. This is an easy peasy way to use yogurt to make a speedy dressing. I love salad but I like it to have something on it. However I am always trying to find healthy ways to do that and this is a healthy ‘guilt free’ nutritious way of doing it. I also love making this and dipping crudites in it for an in between meals snack.
