I was sent an Essence Collection bracelet with a Respect charm. I love the delicateness of this bracelet, and now, a Pandora bracelet I already own seems chunky in comparison. If I was buying a Pandora bracelet, which may happen as my 14 year old daughter has her eye on mine, I would definitely buy from the Essence collection. I love the spherical Pandora lock on the bracelet, and the battered effect on the respect charm twinkles in the sunlight.

Brought the essence bracelet and the appreciation charm with my birthday money only a few weeks ago wore it 3 times but was gutted when I got home last night and realized it had come of my wrist can’t believe it’s gone don’t think I’ll buy another one
I have the same problem with mine keeps coming undone, luckily was indoors at the time, so I am going back to pandora to complain
I have the same problem with mine luckily was at home when it came of my wrist this has happened 3 times so I cant wear it out, the first time pandora changed it but still happens with the new one so am going to take it back again
I was made up to get one of these for Christmas and a charm and for my birthday I got two more charms. I have two more pandora bracelets but I loved this one as it wasn’t as bulky. I have just been away for a weekend with my husband and on the train home I noticed I didn’t have it on,it was gone. I am so upset as I didn’t feel it come off and my other one which I still had one has never come undone. £170 gone not really happy I don’t know if I would get another.
Oh no that’s awful…it shouldn’t come undone that easily should it. Have you spoken to them? What about claiming on your household insurance? I know it’s not great but that’s a lot to lose. I can barely open mine the clasp is so tight.
