I have never really thought about getting a custom made cover for my phone before but as I was asked by caseapp.co.uk to review a case I then had the hard task of deciding out of all my thousands of photos which one did I want to look at every single day.
Once decided the process literally takes minutes to do. You upload your chosen photo to the site, you get to see a preview and decide which colour edge you would like. There are six colours to choose from including transparent, I chose light pink. If like me you like playing around with different photos this could take a while before deciding on the final finish. At first I fancied a cover with lots of different photos on and I could see that this was an option however I could not work out how to do this. I have played around with this since and have worked it out. The site could do with some instructions on how to do this. You can apparently also add text to the case but I didn’t try that.
Anyway, I eventually decided to use a photo I took of some flowers my mum was given just before she died and so I now have something that reminds me of her with me all the time plus also represents everything I like pink and flowery. The case is very easy to put on the phone, it just snaps on, or is as easy to take off. My only worry is that I usually get a rubbery bouncy type of case for my phone because I tend to drop it a lot and this is a hard case so I am not sure how much it or my phone will withstand being dropped multiple times. I have already dropped it and it seems fine so far!

At £19 with free delivery I think the cost is pretty competitive, the cover arrived just over a week after I ordered it. The covers are available for iPhone 5, iPhone 4/4s and Samsung Galaxy S3. There are also skins available for a greater selection of devices including iPads.
I can see myself becoming a little addicted to custom made cases, I am really pleased with mine but am already thinking about what I could do next. Here is one option I tried. What do you think? 🙂
