The Royal Mail have issued special Thomas the Tank Engine stamps to celebrate the birth, a hundred years ago, of it’s creator Reverend Awdry.

I have four presentation packs of Thomas the Tank Engine stamps to give away. These lovely collectible stamps depict engines from the television programme and also original book illustrations.

The presentation pack comprises of Royal Mail Mint stamps of Thomas, James, Percy, Daisy, Toby and Gordon all in a wide format.

There is also a very lovely miniature sheet featuring original illustrations from the books by Reverend Awdry. Each stamp has it’s own little quote.

All of these come with an information sheet written by Christopher Awdry with interesting facts about his father, such as his life long passion for engines and how his stories were created. There are also some amazing Thomas the Tank Engine statistics.
