   I want !!!

   Fat chance though, decorations in Italy just aren’t that jazzy. I scandalise my tiny hamlet every year by prioritising my tree and refusing to spend money on a nativity scene in the garden. Not for religious reasons, but because the price tag on the various bits is eyewatering and cuts into my tinsel budget (have cats, tinsel survives one season only).

   Bet the cats couldn’t kill those lovely red baubles up on the ceiling. Although no doubt they’d try.
