Do you need to do something with the children that doesn’t cost anything? Take them to your local Sainsbury’s, or I expect any large supermarket, and play around with all the Halloween bits on sale……….warning though, not for the very young or faint hearted. Little M was less than impressed with the figures at the end of the video. Excuse the poor quality, it was recorded on my phone……..I so want to host a Halloween party now, the goods for sale are amazing. I do love that we have now started to participate in the UK in this ‘celebration’ . We’ve had Halloween parties for years. This is not a sponsored post.

  1. Oh boy we love Halloween.
We have a party most years and the kids dress up and dress the house and put huge ‘TRICK or TREATERS WELCOME HERE’ signs outside to encourage them to come and knock on the door!
They adore apple bobbing, The Mummy game and run squealing around the house when the doorbell goes and some ghoul is stood on the doorstep.
    Great times!

    1. We’ve had a few parties……I think it is something that children really love……I just wanted to buy the whole shop up. Not seen that much Halloween bits for sale before. 😉

  3. Seriously? Y’all haven’t done Halloween over there before? It’s very big over here. The kids are all talking about what they are “going as”…. it’s really fun. It’s great to see the little ones all dressed up and come to the door for candy.

    1. We have….actually we’ve put decorations up for years but it’s only recently that the supermarkets have started stocking up and selling Halloween things. It just made me want to buy it all and have a huge party…which we won’t be doing.
My children love it though. 😀

  4. Mini loves all those sorts of things, but Maxi has and still does hate them.. He has already asked if he can hide upstairs on Halloween – poor lad!

    1. Oh no…..not good. Especially as it seems to be getting more commercialised….not much escape from it. Little M wasn’t too happy with some of the things.

  5. Cute. Right now, my little Stan is so afraid of “ghost-esses” as he calls them. 🙂

    1. Awwww, well Little M wasn’t at all impressed with the more ‘life like’ bits on sale. Can be a bit scary can’t it.
