I’m on a health kick…..a ‘normal’ size helping of red wine contains up to 105 calories. As you can imagine this glass can hold nearly half a bottle if you want it to. So I thought I’d photograph one of my best friends that is not allowed to visit, be whiffed at or supped for the next month at least. Isn’t she pretty though. ;D

I adore a glass of wine too especially in a large glass, it’s my absolute favourite but right now I’m on a strict diet for my holiday next week so I have an incy winsy little glass to indulge with….
