This picture of The Red Arrows was taken at Eastbourne air show last summer. It has been posted for The Gallery a fab weekly photo post, the brain child of Tara at Sticky Fingers. Every week Tara will post a prompt and then the interpretation is up to us! This weeks prompt is ‘ A Number.’

I love so much about this picture, I know it’s not the clearest or sharpest- I had better ones of the planes but I love the boats and the shadows on the sea. We were blessed with a beautiful day and it was the cheapest day out ever….and it costs a lot to do anything with five children normally. Boys and girls all had a great time. Thoroughly recommend a day like that!

  12. That’s a fabulous photo! You can’t beat the seaside on a sunny day. Not that I get much opportunity to test that theory being a midlander who now lives in Manchester!
