Goats Cheese and Pancetta Salad

After carrying out a national survey Uniform Dating discovered that the number 1 dishes favoured by uniformed professionals are;

  • Nurses – Salad
  • Police Officer – Fish and Chips
  • Armed Forces – An Indian Curry
  • Doctor – Fish and Chips
  • Fire Fighter – An Indian Curry

I have to say that’s progress because when my best friend and I were student nurses we lived on pasta and tinned tomatoes!

UniformDating.com have joined forces with Michelin star chef Michael Caines to create a new app, Uniform Foodies. The app will feature recipes created by Michael Caines with uniformed professionals in mind. Check them out on Twitter. Uniform Foodies App PicSo, with nurses in mind I have created a recipe that is tasty, nutritious and speedy to make after a long shift. The recipe should also include 100g pancetta!! How could I forget that? I will amend when my plugin is behaving.

Disclosure: I was sent a voucher to cover the costs of the food for the recipe development

I cook something very similar but I put a little honey on the goats cheese just before I finish grilling it – yummy!
