Oh my goodness, ever since I discovered the flat white martini, I have been hooked, it is such a delicious, creamy, chocolatey pick me up. It is absolutely perfect for this time of year. If you love Baileys then this is the drink for you.
Ready in a speedy amount of time so if you suddenly have a urge to have a flat white martini, it will be ready in just a minute. Just remember to stock up on ice cubes and to get your cocktail shaking wrist ready!
The great thing about this cocktail is that it is just as perfect for one person as it is for two although you may find one cocktail is not enough! Be warned this is very moreish and slips down far too easily.

- 25ml espresso
- 25ml Smirnoff Vodka
- 50ml Baileys
- Ice
- Coffee Beans
- Put the first four ingredients into a cocktail shaker (if you don't have one put them into a clean jar with a lid)
- Shake the ingredients until cold and strain into a glass
- Top with coffee beans
- Relax and enjoy
