It has been a chaotic couple of weeks, back to uni happened, I still can’t believe I am in my second year now. I can really see how much the expectations have upped and that has left me feeling quite nervous and motivation has been, errr …hard. However the lovely people at Rachel’s Organic asked me to try their new Divine Desserts and what a great way to cheer myself up.
The desserts come in two flavours, Vanilla and Chocolate. Both are smooth and creamy, the Vanilla divine desserts reminds me of one of my favourite desserts, panacotta, but it is slightly thicker and creamier in consistency. The Chocolate one is rich but not too rich, made from organic chocolate milk and cream. Both are good but I like the vanilla one the most.
I have been known to buy desserts just to be able to have a cute little pot that I can reuse, and then get disappointed to find it is plastic rather than glass so I was thrilled (I know, it doesn’t take much) to see that the desserts come in little glass pots that I can use for more home made desserts! Or as little pots for tea lights of course.

Easing my week even more were the lovely treats that Rachel’s Organic also sent including a vintage spoon personalised with my name on, gorgeous bath melts from Kemp Aromatherapy Treatments, and some bubbly to drink in the most beautiful bottle ever.
Okay so these pots are not something you should eat everyday. They do contain a fair bit of sugar and fat but for the odd treat you won’t be disappointed, and *whispers* you ‘could’ serve these at a dinner party, they certainly look and taste good enough! They obviously contain milk, but also egg. Disappointingly the packaging says they ‘may contain traces of gluten’ so that rules them out for my son and all other coeliac sufferers. The desserts do not contain artificial flavourings.
Suffice to say these are a hit with the rest of the family and will be ending up in my supermarket trolley in the future.

I always like to have a little treat in the fridge for days when I need a bit of a pick me up. Looks like these would be good to have in one week, I will have to keep my eyes open for them in my local store!!
Yes these aren’t too big so perfect treat size.
