My children love Halloween, I think it is very nearly ‘up there’ with Christmas. It was something I used to celebrate as a teen by trying to watch the scariest film possible, most definitely ones that I shouldn’t have been watching and still haunt me to this day. It does seem to have become a tradition here which is great as it is something the whole family can do together. I just wish as a country we went to town as much as they do in America with streets completely redecorated, how fab would that be?
I know we get told sweets are bad for us but everything in moderation…you can’t possibly hand out sticks of carrots when the trick or treaters come knocking so we love the Haribo trick or treat party pack which comes with 40 mini bags of horror mix and a pack of cards with party games suggestions, stickers and invites. I am quite intrigued by these games..Brain Digging, Pass the Pumpkin, Swinging Apples and Dress the Mummy. I will let you explore further. Each party bucket may also contain a winning ticket to win prizes including Haribo hampers and even a Haribo party! For more information go Here.

Carrying on the theme are a selection of other spooky looking sweets including ghosts, bats, spiders and more. A big bonus in this household is that nearly all Haribo products are gluten free. I have to say my children love Haribo sweets so these were gratefully received.
Disclosure: We were sent a large selection of Haribo to try, which made my children squeal but does not influence this post in any way.
Oh jeez! Look how big he is getting!!
Halloween isn’t the big deal there that it is here? Why does this surprise me?
I know…growing up far too quickly. Not such a big deal but it is getting a bit more commercialised each year 🙂
