Dear Children, …Love Mummy X

This week’s Friday Club carnival over at Notes from Home theme is ‘Five things I want my children to know about me’ For me that is tougher than it sounds. Anyway,

Dear Children- H, E, C, I & M

  1. I want you all to know that I love you more than anything else and that I would walk to the ends of the earth for you, I have always wanted you and my life would be incomplete without you. I know I have a penchant for cakes, chocolate and wine but trust me you’re at the top.
  2. I absolutely hate being lied to, once I have been lied to I feel that a little tiny chink of trust has been lost forever and I hope that you all grow up to have the same feelings
  3. I want you to know that I cannot sew or iron so you need to learn those skills pretty soon, the pile is getting bigger so be quick! Thank you.
  4. I respect myself, I respect others and I always try to see the best in others before the worse, I think it is a good trait to have.
  5. I promise that I’ve been there, done it and got the badge to go with it. Whatever the problem or dilemma I am a good listener and a good adviser, don’t ever forget that.

    I like number 3 as I also don’t sew or iron. I don’t care about ironing but it would be useful if they could sew!
