I hear the word celebration and immediately think, “Cake!”……….I know, I know, it’s a little problem. I blame it, always, on my star sign. Cancer. I like my food…I can’t help it……it’s not my fault.

The cakes look FABULOUS. I can make cakes that taste nice but not necessarily look great.
The sight of all these mouth-watering celebration goodies is definitely NOT what I needed on the day that I resolved to give up wheat!
