Tara at Sticky Fingers has tagged me in a photo meme. I have already done this but have to admit I misunderstood the instructions before…instead of opening a computer folder I opened an album.

Here is the result…my beautiful baby girl trying on her ski suit. It was Christmas 2004. We hadn’t told the children that we’d booked a skiing holiday for a few days after Christmas and they only knew when they unwrapped all the ski wear. They had never been before. I can’t believe we managed to keep it a secret from them and they were so excited. This is Little I, who was 21 months and obviously wouldn’t be skiing but still needed to be kitted out in freezing weather gear. It was -30•c where we were going that winter- Obergyrgl in Austria.
She was very sad not to be skiing with the others so we bought her a pair of little plastic ski’s to try out on……I just had to show you the photos:

That is a cute photo! She looks all suited and booted. I’ve never really known what apres ski is though- is it eating marshmallows and sitting by a roaring fire in a log cabin?

ooo- I’ve no idea about shutter speeds or anything. I just point and hope for the best. Maybe one day I’ll be ab;e to look into it all more. :0)
