The children put out mince pies and milk for Father Christmas and put carrots and potatoes in their stockings for the reindeer in anticipation of lots of presents being delivered.

The baby really didn’t want to leave his stocking in his bedroom so we left it by the fire. It must be strange for little ones, we talk about this ‘man’ Father Christmas coming down the chimney to bring presents. Must be a little scary to some.
