Marshmallow Sticks

If you need to fill half an hour …..this is a great fun way to do it.

All measurements are approximate

Melt 250g chocolate
We used 150g of marshmallows. Thread three marshmallows onto wooden skewers. I cut long skewers in half
Dip the marshmallow skewers into the chocolate, you may need to spoon it over, allow to set very slightly or the chocolate will just drip off
Roll the chocolate covered marshmallows in various cake decorations- we used Dr Oetker’s Mini Jazzies, Chocolate Stars, Moons & Hearts, Sugar strands and Glimmer Hundreds and Thousands
Allow to set on baking parchment in the fridge

Thread

Decorate

Then eat excess chocolate
