Ingredients
  • 50ml Gin Mare
  • 200ml 1724 Tonic Water
  • 1 bar spoon of bitter orange marmalade
  • 5 dashes of orange bitters
  • 1 orange twist
Instructions
  1. Pour gin into a cocktail shaker
  2. Stir in the orange marmalade
  3. Add the orange bitters
  4. Add the tonic water
  5. Add ice
  6. Stir well
  7. Pour into a glass, I strained mine but for a stronger orange flavour mix the ingredients in the serving glass
  8. Garnish with a twist of orange
