If you are stumped as to what to buy your Valentine this year how about looking at the Valentine’s gifts from British Hampers Direct? Perfect for food lovers they have a lovely selection of carefully sourced products.
If I was buying a Valentine’s gift this year I particularly like this selection of beers, Godminster cheese (heart-shaped, ahhh), Crab Apple jelly, oatcakes and heart shaped chocolates. All the makings for a romantic night in.
However, if I were choosing a gift for someone to buy me I would love The Sparkling Valentine’s Hamper which has the works; a bottle of Carr Taylor Rosé sparkling wine (the first commercial Rosé sparkling wine in England) produced in their East Sussex vineyard, heart shaped chocolates, cheese, preserves, t-lights and more all in a wicker hamper.
I was very lucky to try the Carr Taylor Rosé sparkling wine and Belgian cocoa dusted truffles with Marc de Champagne flavour…mmmm delicious and I’ve noticed they have been disappearing when I’m not looking. It would appear they are a hit with the children too..tsk. The champagne flavour is very subtle and not at all overpowering. The wine is smooth with hints of berries. Definitely a huge tick from me.
For the Port lover there is a port and cheese option. I also really like the Heart and Rosés Trug, which includes a bottle of Carr Taylor rosé, cheese and Wild at Heart Crab Apple jelly all presented in a gorgeous trug.
There are not just specifically Valentine’s gifts from British Hampers Direct available though, I think someone would be extremely thrilled to receive this Chef’s Favourite Gift Hamper with contents including Raspberry Vinegar, Pickled Quails Eggs and Blue Stilton.
