Seabrook Crisps

Thank you Seabrook Crisps for making gluten free crisps! It is so good to see clear ‘gluten free’ labelling on the packaging when so many other manufacturers are changing their recipes/production/labelling to non gluten free.  Seabrook Lattice hand cooked crisps come in various flavours including;  Sweet Chilli, Cheese & Onion, Sea Salt & Red Vinegar, Black Pepper & Sea Salt and Natural Sea Salt.

Seabrook Crisps

I have discovered that I do like a lattice crisp very much, there is something about them that is more satisfying than a ‘normal’ crisp, it feels as though you are eating something more substantial . I highly recommend the Natural Sea Salt and Sea Salt & Red Vinegar flavours…I wasn’t so keen on the Sweet Chilli flavour, surprisingly, I found them a little too sweet and they have a strong tomato taste. The children have enjoyed them all, and my son who cannot eat gluten is loving that he can eat these! They are really crisp and packed full of flavour.

Seabrook crisps The handmade in Yorkshire crisps come in big sharing bags of 120g, on average 1/4 of the bag contains 1g of saturated fat, and approximately 160kcal. The crisps are made using natural flavours and are free from artificial ingredients. The crisps are cooked in sunflower oil and are suitable for vegetarians.

We would highly recommend these crisps. RRP £1.99 and available in major supermarkets.

Disclosure: We were sent a selection of crisps to review.

I’m not a huge crisp fan – but then do look tempting!
