Elizabeth Arden

I was very lucky to attend a snowy evening at the Elizabeth Arden offices in London (no not New York unfortunately) the other week to celebrate Christmas in New York. It was their first Bloggers event and they had transformed the area into a glittering snowy New York with lots of sparkling Elizabeth Arden products to try out.

I most definitely have a list of presents I am now tempted to buy for various people, including this Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Set for my teenage daughter. It costs £47 and is available from Debenhams

Juicy Couture Viva La Luxe

Although I think she would like this even better; Juicy Couture Viva La Lauxe Limited edition. It’s a tad pricey for a teenager but I am sure they would love it. Available exclusively from Selfridges at £85 for 100ml Eau de Parfum. Made from a mix of mandarin orange, wild berries, honey suckle, gardenia and creamy amber it is contained in a white lacquer finish bottle with a bling plaque charm.

For fans of the Eight Hour cream there is a limited edition cream Iconic Collection which celebrates the cult status of Eight Hour cream. The limited edition packaging is inspired by it’s debut to the beauty world over eighty years ago and reflects the modern colour blocking trend (pictured at the very top right). Being marketed as the Perfect Stocking Filler at £20 for a 30ml Eight Hour cream skin protectant and £20 for a 3.7g Eight Hour cream lip protectant I will be very lucky to see these in my stocking although I would very much like to. I have had Eight Hour cream in my skincare bag for years. Although, if you are not too bothered about the limited edition packaging you could ask for the Eight Hour Cream beauty set which contains the cream, lip protector, moisturiser, body moisturiser and hand treatment all for £40.

Another favourite of mine was the festive gold Nicki Minaj Pink Friday deluxe edition perfume, pictured above. I would love to have that on my dressing table as a statement piece if nothing else, although I really liked the floral fragrance a lot. Priced at £49/100ml.

Other gift ideas for teens are the Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and Britney Spears fragrances, prices starting from £23/30ml. There are some great gifts sets as well which come with variations of body lotion, shower gel and ring tones from the stars!

Lastly my new favourite perfume has become ‘Untold’  ‘The luxurious gift for the sophisticated modern woman’ Made from notes of sparkling pink pepper, Egyptian jasmine and patchouli, it is perfect for everyday wear as well as for evenings out. I was very lucky to be given a personalised bottle of Untold. Eau de Parfum £35/30ml £48/50ml £69/100ml

Untold by Elizabeth ArdenThank you to all at Elizabeth Arden for a lovely evening, I even had my lips painted professionally in a specially chosen red colour, I just have to pluck up the courage to wear it more often. I was given an amazing goody bag which has topped up my supply of Eight Hour Cream and that beautiful bottle of Untold. Oh and the teenager was very pleased with the Justin Bieber fragrance even though she’s not a fan of his. She loves the smell. Plus I now have many ideas of what to buy friends and family for Christmas.
