Has anyone else been getting a little fed up with the weather we’ve been having here in the UK recently? The minute the powers that be announced a hosepipe ban in our area it has not stopped raining. I noticed today that the water butt outside has split…probably from so much water in it. The rain has also not been conducive with trying to paint the outside of a shop and we are now a week behind schedule so the opening date has been moved back.
However the sun came out long enough for the children to try out their new outfits from Vertbaudet. I think I have passed on my love for clothes and fashion to my children because they are always so excited and willing to get dressed up in new clothes. This is M practising his new smile for the camera wearing his brand new hoodie. The hoodie is very smart and thick enough to wear instead of a jacket on warmer days.
Nine year old ‘I’ absolutely loves her dress, she has always enjoyed wearing dresses but can’t stop twirling in this one. It is a cotton dress that is soft to touch, and has an unusual design with lovely detailing to it including buttons at the back and lace at the bottom making it that extra bit special. It washes nicely and needs no ironing if left to dry on a hanger. The dress isn’t cheap but then it is not something you would normally see on the High Street and for the quality of material and the design I think it is worth it and is the perfect summer dress.
I do love to dress little boys in tops with collars so was really pleased to see four year old M in this great blue and grey polo shirt which again has little details on it that make it stand out from other similar items. There is an embroidered motif on the arm and the back and a double collar which makes it look high quality.
Personally I cannot wait to get home and change into something comfortable every day and M is exactly the same, he always gravitates to joggers and loose fitting trousers so he loves wearing these joggers and t-shirt.
I find these children’s clothes to be generous in size, easy wear, easy to wash, hard wearing and great quality. They are also stylish, different and the children do tend to wear them a lot because they find them comfortable and like the design.
I would highly recommend these clothes for children.
